I encountered them 3 times till now..
when i point out that they are impersonators ..they some something like
"I got 15 games like this...Jelly?"

Here is what you need to do.

1) Remove the asshat's Steam ID# from your picture so that you will not be banned for "calling out." I once received a ban simply for noting "suspcious behavior," but you are doing far more than that.
2) Contact SteamRep and report the impersonation to cover yourself in case of future fraud.
3) Put a note in your profile that there is someone impersonating you. This is mostly for additional CYA.
