Can people see your whitelist giveaway if you added them only after the giveaway started?

Hi, how long does it take for someone to see your whitelist giveaway if you've just only added them to your whitelist? :-\
Is it immediate? Or will they only start seeing your whitelist giveaway if they log out then log in again to Steamgifts?
I'm just worried people I just added to my whitelist won't be able to see it if I added them after the giveaway started... :-\
(Yeah I should've had better planning but oh well wth.)

Yep, you can do it at the last minute of the giveaway and fast ones can still enter.

I have another question: how can you easily make a whitelist giveaway of a game that people on your whitelist don't already own, without having to check individually to see if they already own that game? :-\

Not really what I was looking for (would like something that can do a mass check to see if a huge bunch of users already own that game, not if they wishlisted something) but thanks anyway! :)

Right, checked the wrong list. But wishlisted games are always better to give than just unowned. There are some tools for groups at least, but no idea about whitelist.
