It was only ARMA2 Sales. And it was more than year ago. But you need also ARMA2: Operation Arrowhead to play DayZ mod.
PS: I mean Steam Sales.

Yeah I got Arma2 + OA for 80% off as well back in 2010 during a random sale between the Summer and Xmas sales.

I doubt it will be discounted by that much ever again especially since it's so popular now. They know they can get plenty of Arma 2 sales just by discounting it a small percentage so they will be greedy and only discount it by a fraction of what they used to in order to maximise their profits.

I bought arma 2 months ago in an amazing gamersgate sale. "I'll buy Arrowhead later this evening"... and I forgot to do it.

Damn. Now it will be imposible to find a good sale with the success of DayZ

Yep. As for me, DayZ looks is not so good to buy ARMA2: Combined Operations for fullprice. There are so many bugs and bad optimisation. And it's just boring for this moment.
I will be waiting the final release.

You do realize that DayZ is not all that Arma 2 offers. There are literally a plethora of mods/scenarios for it that are good.

ive been interested in the dayz mod as well, looks awesome. i even played the free arma just to get the feel of it to see if i liked it enough to buy it. if it goes on sale i will prob get it just so i can play dayz, so i hope it goes on sale.

Bohemia Interactive is making summer sale 25% for all games. This is probably what we will game on Steam summer sale also. So i won't count for 75% discount.
