Sorry to burst your bubble, but your Slender giveaway is also a bundle game, so your CV won't go up. You still won't meet the requirements for your own group. lol.
Slender: The Arrival is in this bundle that is still currently active.
*Edit: Also I've seen plenty of giveaway groups using this method and all of them failed. And letting people in below at least a couple hundred CV is just inviting the leeches.
I suggest you get about $300 cv yourself before you even start a group so people know you're at least a little serious about it otherwise it just looks like you're starting a group to leech off the private giveaways yourself.

For SG it does not matter where you aquired the game, if it was in a bundle it'll count as a bundle, it sucks everybody knows it but most(I assume) of us agree that it is necessary. The only game you gave not on the bundle list is Fowl Space wich is why you have 35,99 CV 30 from the limite of bundles and 4,99 from Fowl and a dollar I belive from the 20% you get from bundles after giving non-bundles(quite complicated I know). So ya after the end of the Slender GA you'll not get any CV. But If your intentions are not of greed then kudos on the inciative of creating a group. Though take in consideration what punda said. ;)

Schiz is right. You should do more for the community before starting a group. Making a group with requirements that you don't even meet looks bad.
Spend more time making non giveaways, spend time in sg chat and forums would even help you out getting to know people better and people being able to get to know You better.
