At University? That's a really good subject with lots of very positive applications. Keep at it! I've just added you to the list of people to whom I should never give any open-world game. ;) You know, just in case you get too distracted...

Too late, I bought yesterday Sleeping Dogs and it's quite difficult to concentrate when there is a chinese guy willing to beat up triads' gang members waiting for you.
And, yes. At universtity. I've got an exam next week. And well, it certainly is a really good subject, but well, pretty hard IMO.
And congrats on your girl being pregnant. Don't overstress too much :P

Don't you stress too much either. Just make sure you keep up with the course-work. Hope your exam goes well next week. :)

Seriously? No-one? I thought more people would want to share their lives.

Too public, sorry. I reserve this kind of thing for some of the groups I'm in, where we all sort of know and trust one another to some extent. Too much potential for trolling, flaming, and the like in this medium for most folks to feel comfortable opening up much, I suspect. Good luck to you with everything you have going on. Take advantage of sleep and privacy while you still have them. They'll be missed.

Right now, browsing steamgifts forums, Imgur, and some other websites.
Today, I did really nothing, like most of my days :<
Recently, I got a temporary job where I pack pills into boxes, it's kinda repetitive, but well payed.
6 months ago, my grandma died, it came out of nowhere, without any signs of bad health, and it was on the birthday of my brother, my mom, and my grandpa (the have it on 28th, 29th, and 30th, so we are celebrating it together)

I used to love cinnamon in apple crumble. I did the cinnamon challenge on my stag do. I no longer love cinnamon in apple crumble. Or anywhere.

In the interest of community, and getting to know each other, I want people to tell us a little about what they've done today, no matter how mundane or uninteresting; what's happening right this second; what happened today; what's happened to them recently and what happened to them 6 months ago?
Format:
Right now, my cat, Peanut, is trying to sleep on my lap. He gets stressed out because the cat that lives next door is a massive bully. Before the bully-cat Turbo moved in, Peanut's brother lived there, Cinnamon, and they'd spend all day playing. Now Peanut spends most of his time scoping out the perimeter from the window-sills or sleeping on our bed.
Today, I finished the planter box in front of my deck, removed 2 inches of clay from the bottom, treated the clay with gypsum, filled the first 2 inches with rocks/gravel, stapled weed-mat around the side and filled it all in with compost, potting mix and sheep pellets. Tomorrow, I might find out from my wife/mother-in-law what I should plant in there.
Recently, my wife's grandad died. We had a funeral on Thursday and have been spending lots of time with family and sharing happy memories of his life. We're sad, but also relieved that he's at peace. Also, we've got ants crawling all over the weatherboard and I've been trying to spray them all to oblivion but it seems not to be working. Coincidentally, or not, we recently received a phone call from a pest-control company... suspicious?
6 months ago, my wife got pregnant. Ever since I've been stressing and trying to prepare for the baby's advent. I worry about my ability to cope and how I can continue to work from home with a newborn baby in the house. Until now, the only child I've had to care for is myself.
