AC Brotherhood Stuttering

Got Brotherhood after beating 2 and having serious stuttering issues with Vsync on and terrible tearing with it off. I'm using a Lenovo y510p with Geforce 750M SLI cards (and yes I have tried it without SLI).

I saw somewhere that downloading Rivatuner and locking at 60 would help. I downloaded Rivatuner but it won't run, says its in the system tray but nothing there to open. I also tried just using adaptive vsync in the Nvidia control panel. It lessened stuttering a bit but not much and also left a little tearing.

Right now, the game is extremely annoying. Any suggestions!
