Hi, you can use addon/extension like Enhanced SteamGifts & SteamTrades (ESGST) it will show icon - trading cards on each giveaway that has it.. (but be careful as games with trading cards can also not have that icon, for example, I Am Fish).
To truly know if it has trading cards or not use https://www.steamcardexchange.net/ as in steam store developers need to mark it that it has trading cards and some games just don't show it in store, for example, God of War...
