Couple things about GAMIVO:

use paypal. Some reports problem with card purchases
don't pay for VAT. Just choose outside EU.
Don't pay for customer protection or SMART. You don't need it in the 99% of cases.
one of the most trustful gameshop. Allkeyshop.com and I highly recommend it.
