We could use more staff members who are not living in the Americas (since it seems that tickets are only answered under 12 hours if it is afternoon in the US or PeteOzzy happens to be around ♥) and I doubt the user reports will ever go below 20000 in that backlog or the Other category gets responses under 3 months, but I guess they do a good enough job to keep the site running. :)
