That's very nice of you. I'm not sure I qualify though. I tend to play a lot of different strategy games rather than just one for an extended period of time. Not sure if the Total War series counts either.

I think I would enjoy the game. I just got hooked on "crusader kings 2" and did not receive a copy because I unsubscribed from the newsletter.

If it's close in gameplay to Civ series than I really would like to try it (I spent hundreds of hours on Civ games.

I've played hundreds of hours of Civ IV, but no way to prove it other than SCREW YOU MONTEZUMA

I've spent hundred of hours on the second Europa Universalis, 50 hours on Crusaders King and Europa Universalis: Rome. Actually Grand Strategy is my favorite game genre :D

Edit:Btw Europa Universalis is really different from Civ. People who expect the same kind of game are going to be disappointed.

i have around 80 hours in empire total war and 90 or so in supreme commander.
I also have 12 or so hours in rome,CIV V, king arthur, etc.

i like strategy games but uni keeps me busy from playing much. I think i qualify for receiving the game however i can only probably play it in the summer :)

I have much more than 40 hrs in total in total war and civilization series, am I allowed to participate?

I have around 48 hrs in Civ V & 2hrs in Endless Space, can I join the giveaway?

Ive played all of them and i adore them .Im currently playing crusader kings 2.

I have many games like EU3, Tropico 4, Hearts of Iron 3, Civilization V, Victoria II (not Steam) etc, not a lot of hours because sometimes i am quite busy but i love the genre.

I have not enough hours on CK2 and my HOI3 isn't on steam. I'm doing an LP right now if that proves that I have a bunch of hours on it?

I used to hate strategy games, but it happened that I just don't like the AoE, Starcraft, Warcraft type of strategy.
I tried Civlization 4 because of a friend's recomendation and I finally could see the bright side of a strategy games(maybe because it was turn based and there's a political part in the game, not just, "create your army and go to war"). So I bought Civlization 5 as soon as I had a chance.
This Christmas Sale I was tempted to try a Total War game. So I gave it a try at Empire: Total War demo and I was surprised again... I finally had fun in a RTS battle.

I have played EU before and I love it. It's not that hardcore strategy, you just have to learn how everything works. And it is a lot of fun when you do.

I don't have anything on Steam but I played all EU games from first Europa Universalis till Hearts of Iron 2, Victoria or Crusader Kings (original games of course) or For The Glory later. But I wasn't sure about 3D so there I stopped. I'm a little disappoint tho, that I didn't received such a key, cause I am registered on Paradox Plaza since the very beginning (not an active forumer but I am there :D).

I don't know if I qualify because I have no idea how to document my hundreds of hours spent with those games multiplayer ^^

I don't currently have a minimum of 40 hors in a game similar like this, even when I played more than 100 hours hearts of iron 3, because mine is not steam. but I'm loving cities in motion since I got it yesterday (already played like 6 hours or something in half a day)
I'm a human, I guess.

I think paradox fucking rock! Not only their hardcore europa universalis and hearts of iron games, but their mount & blade.. <3

Not on my steam account but i had a lot of hours in civ 3 and also played recently something like 20hours endless space. (Yeah, i know my steam account doesnt look at all like this but i have civ 5 and plan to play it any time now)
