I'm in the US with VPN turned off, and the "Add to Cart" button is greyed out. I cannot click it, and I have no idea why
EDIT - it's probably something to do with my Extensions. Tried it on another browser and it went through fine

happens to me as well. i just noticed they started their winter sale by looking at the frontpage. might be some slowdown cause of that, since that also happens to Steam when a big sale starts for some minutes..
