Seems so, can't see any mention of it on the homepage from here in the UK, but if I use the built in VPN/proxy in Opera set to America it shows up. But then says the keys are all out...

Oh, you're right. The VPN in Opera only changes where you get redirected too after going to www.alienwarearena.com (na.alienwarearena.com, uk.alienwarearena.com etc)

I've watched that site all damn day, and not once did I see a claim button. I logged on once a little after 8pm EST and it popped up like it usually does when it's time for you to claim your reward, but still no claim button. Logged in again at about 8:30pm EST then it said all out...

Actually it's 3:45am EST now, I know because it's my time. I think you misunderstood my comment, I didn't mean that I just now logged on at 8pm EST, but I logged on earlier when it was a little after 8pm EST.
