Unless you have it yourself, there is no way.
Usually when you don't know it, it comes from some free games site (which won't give cv), and my guess is Athopiu or one of the Arcane Raise games.
I have alot of games and dlc, so most likely i already have it and could check it, but that's a gamble for you to take or not.

I don't think that is the case, it's just a gui. I just have always used it.

I entered a dlc key for a game I know I don't have in the Input box and pressed Redeem but nothing happened. No log messages at all. Am I doing something wrong? The program seems to be working. It shows me logged into steam and is farming cards right now.

Like I said, I'm not an expert on this one.
I haven't even updated the program since it went to v3 so I still have V2.3.2.0.
Back then I just installed ASF, run the config and then ASFui and everything worked, just make sure you have your steam name as the current bot. Your issue sounds like its not setup correctly. Might have more help on the asf or at the asfui threads.

It's probably because I have the newer version of ASF. A lot of buttons don't work in ASFui and give me an Unhandled Exception error when I click them. There's a way to run the commands in steam chat but I need another bot account to do that. I have to read how to set it up. Thx tho.

Why you want to give away a key you dont know what it is? Even you know the base game how you want to know the key still works?

There is one way to do so without ASF. However, you need a working key for some game you want to activate, and you need to do this on Steam Client.
First, activate the DLC key, which will show an error since you don't own the base game. Press Back button.
Then, activate the game you want to add, the screen will show the name of the DLC instead of the game you just add.
(While the wrong name is shown, the right game is added to your account)
