link invite only problem

i cant join any invite link because of 1 of my won game didnt send it to me, but give me another game with the same value.
how can i fix this problem?

If you're ever in the same situation, the correct solution is to file a support ticket under the "Change Giveaway Game" category or to delete the GA if the creator doesn't want to send you a substitute.

For now, your only realistic solution is to buy the game on Steam. It doesn't seem to be available anywhere else and nobody on barter has it for trade.

According to ITAD, it goes on sale for $1.24 periodically, so you should set a price alert and grab it at the next sale... or just accept the limitations of the unactivated win :(

We don't change game as winner received something different. Only between different versions of the same game, like Saint's Row 3 to Saint's Row 3 GOTY.

You have two (maybe three) options, as far as I can see:

  1. buy or trade for the game and get the non-activation fixed that way
  2. file a ticket for changing "received" to "not received" explaining the situation
  3. contact the giveaway creator and ask them for the right game key (seeing this was two years ago and apparently they gave you something else makes this an unlikely scenario)
