Send it (or a request for him to add you on steam) to his email, if he doesn't claim it in a week, you can ask it be rerolled

Had the same problem before. Just send him an e-mail and wait 7 days. Mods will accept a reroll if he still ignores you.

Don't bother with him. You tried, but if he's decided to block you, on the face of it, he doesn't deserve your game.

I'd say give him the benefit of the doubt and wait a day or two. You never know when someone's roommate just walked in and messed with his account. And yes, that's still entirely his problem, but if it happened to you, you'd want to have been given a few hours to fix it, right?

If he doesn't get back to you by tomorrow then he probably is just a douche, but still: I wouldn't wait a week to ask for the reroll, but I wouldn't rush it.

He would've been an even bigger douche if he takes the game then blocks you.

Trace his address via IP hacking then go to his house and throw a dvd copy at him when he comes out.
