Not of late, though I have toyed with coming back to them. Been like a year since the last one if memory serves. Should the people call for it, I am sure it will return. But at the end of the day, I think a few of the people who were doing Trivia were a little burned out, not the least of which myself.

There is no problem with Support, just a lack of support members who are unable to resolve all tickets because there are simply too many. cg is working on appointing new members.

Do not bump your ticket, it'll get further pushed to back.

After December holidays they got a metric shit ton of work, and since they aren't paid they do have family and friends, so yeah... twice the work and half the time, just let it be and it will eventually get sorted out!

I had to wait around a month for 2 rerolls on a GA, which are one of the top priorities I believe. But everything is fine now, just have/develop a little patience :D

That means it's probably run at a loss by people who have other jobs.

Yeah it would certainly be nice if the tickets got resolved quicker..
I reported a user who has a ton of gifts they have not activated and is going to get permanently banned.
But while I have been waiting for that to happen, they've won a bunch more games, which sucks.

That's what I also suggested, to let some users help out with the small stuff :P But they want full fledged support members because it'll be more beneficial in the long run.

more info and maybe we could assist you with at least telling you an estimation of how long that type of support ticket would take (or possible even better help then that).. so far all we're getting is "not a user report".. but knowing more, maybe we could assist more..
