[ Little Help ] Steam Invites

EDIT: Re-Subbed an old post to prevent, creating another one, Ignore the oldest comments ( see the date )

I keep getting notifications from different groups, with the same name and picture ( kinda bothers me )
is there a way to block / stop receiving the notifications, it kinda annoys me, or the fact that my name in steam is
Anonymous ( like a very common name to type out to add random people )..
