Since we all know what G2A is - greedy and shady, take a look at their weekly sale's theme - http://imgur.com/a/AgOGY

They are basically using Pokemon GO for their own benefits, without actually having any Pokemon GO related stuff on sale, but since that's coming from G2A, i am not surpriced. What is your thoughts on this? Should Nintendo/Niantic/GameFreak take a legal action about this?

I also didn't really had problems from them, until they took over 20€ from me.

It's from fees wich they didn't refund me, because i made money in Goldmine and then when i wanted to withdraw, they cancelled my payout to PayPal and still didn't refund the lost fees and then they blame PayPal for failing to provide my money, this isn't the first time that happened to me, they also banned me from their livechat when i asked them for all my money back from the lost fees.

They used bunch of art someone from their "art" dudes probably drew. Nintendo wont really take action against that, because G2A uses bunch of art like this every time. And I see nothing wrong with it. They just used a word "Stop". Everything else I see is some cheap games that might or might ne be legit.
Its G2A lets move on with our lives and ignore it.

(I am not trying to defend it but Its nothing more shady than it usually is actually. I feel bad for the arting working for them. The art is actually quite interesting)

They don't just use a word. There is pokemon artwork and the font, both are copyrighted.
Would like Nintendo to take action against them, but that's unlikely I guess...

I don't think prey is a word related to Pokemon OR Pokemon Go. Your pun confuses me.

Do you understand that this is being used as a commercial way, and they are using a currently highly popular game as a way to advertise and boost sales of their products? What if you made a game with success like Pokemon GO and being very popular, and they sudenly make something simular like this? Wouldn't you be pissed off that this company is using your fame for their own benefits and without your consent? Please, think about before you speak.

I bet there will be a lot of people browsing through the web and then being like "OUH man, they got a Pokemon themed Background! Fuck it, I have to buy some games now!!"

That Pokemon themed background is flashing people's attention to click on that sale, not because people have to buy something just because it has Pokemon themed background

G2A already has enough hate as it is. OP doesn't need to do anything in that regard. Also this is nowhere similar to Proximus's analogy.

The way I see it they didn't do anything wrong. Sure it's clear as day that they are using a Pokemon themed background but G2A didn't steal that art/drawing/illustration from a copyrighted material. Their artist "probably" drew the background and used it. If you're implying that all pokemon drawing/illustrations/art in the world are copyrighted by Nintendo/Niantics/GameFreaks then they probably should've sued all those children and artists who made their own illustrations/fan drawings based on Pokemon.

The thing is that G2A is making profit off this, this is being used in a commercial way in the area of business, for example, you have created an amazing content with huge success and fame, and suddently G2A made a drawing of your content and then they use it as a way to boost their income, wouldn't you be pissed off at G2A because they are profiting from you without your consent?

It's a simple marketing stunt though, and many legitimate stores use similar tactics. I agree that G2A should be avoided by any sane person (and especially by any honest person), but this practise is hardly anything associated with grey market only.

Cafés were using pokémon go content to advertise themselves. There is a picture circling kids setting up poké-stores at pokéstops to sell snacks, food and drinks to the players. They are also using pokémons fame to get money, mind you.
