Keeping this as short as possible...

I'm currently awaiting my FOURTH Razer Naga mouse because they're always fucking broken... Every single one I get is malfunctioning in some way.

This started almost 9 months ago, it's taken NINE mine and I still don't have my fourth mouse yet, this is how SLOW they are on their RMAs. I told them I'm absolutely sick of waiting and I just want my money back at this point so I can go buy a Steel Series mouse or something, because their products are garbage and I have a suspicion my fourth will also be fucking busted.

After ripping them on Facebook, Twitter, email and on the phone, I finally get a shipment confirmation, thinking "oh hey, I may finally get my replacement!" but then...

THIS HAPPENS...

Supposedly the newer Razer products aren't as bad as their older products have been, hope its true because I just dropped $230 on the Imperator and the Blackwidow Ultimate N7 editions.

My DeathAdder died right when the warranty expired and to top it off I barely used the the damn thing...It was around the time I was barely gaming.

I'm using acme mouse for 3$ and I have no problems.:)
But as far as I have worked with Razer mouses, keyboard and headsets I really haven't had any problems. Everything is working like a charm. But I guess if you hate Razer so much - buy a Logitech mouse.

I'd have to agree on Logitech, maybe they dont do good gaming mouses, but for a laptop replacement mouse instead of the crappy touchpad their Trackball series are amazing.
their M570 mouse has 2 extra buttons and is wireless if thats anything to add lol

I definitely agree as well, I use the Trackman Wheel, and it blows the touchpad out of the water.

I've had quite a few problems with their Razer Onza controllers as well. I've had to RMA twice, however it never seemed to take that long to get it done. I enjoy their products, just wish they were made a little better.

I have a Logitech G5 Mouse for 3 or 4 years. Its still working perfectly but i wanted to buy Razer MMO mouse that has 12 or so buttons for some time now.But you changed 4 mouse in 9 months?Damn. Thats shit.

Also i dont know about Razer Customer service but Logitech is amazing.I broke my usb headset and its warranty passed for almost a year. They told me to take some pictures of it and send them with my adress, 1 month later a brand new headset for free!

This is what I use bc I have big hands and so far its held up under what I consider heavy use (6hrs avg daily) since purchased 4mo ago http://www.corsair.com/vengeance-m60-performance-fps-laser-gaming-mouse.html I have another mouse that I use for everything not related to gaming just to extend the life of M60 as IDK how long it will last, but I am very happy with its performance and feel.

Ok so... little update. After expressing serious disgust with them for sending me a beanie for appeasement, they recently told me my replacement mouse has actually shipped (YAY!)

But then... I opened the box. They sent me another beanie, but this time they gave me stickers! ...............

They refuse to give me to a manager stating there are none available. and tell me they'll take my info down and have them call me back. This is the 7th time they've done it and I've never got a call back.

No employees will give me their full names or their ID numbers, wont tell me the hours that management actually works so I can get ahold of them, this is fucking retarded man. I'm so pissed off right now...

If they outright refuse to work with you as you state, and are constantly sending you the wrong thing, go here

if they ask you to return the beanies they sent you, go here

hope this helps at all

edit: if you're curious what I mean by the second link, here's a snippet of it:

My Intelli 3.0 - MX518 and now currently Death Adder ( few months old ) have all served me fine so far, my keyboards on the other hand ...

Might be on my 6th keyboard in 4 years, I'm buying cheapass ones that might have something to do with it but I'm not risking having a 80€ one break down fast :/

Im using the Razer Lycosa keyboard and the Death Adder mouse. Both working fine for about a year, no problems. Maybe real bad luck/karma? :S

Three defective units in a row I doubt is bad luck... I had mice previous to this one from Razer that have been fine, and their keyboards have been fine for me too, but their customer service is a JOKE. I'm NEVER buying another product from them again.
