I am not saying you do, but you seem to say if someone has a bad mood it's okay to say such things, giving him an excuse.
We just had this thing last weekend with a comedian, he blamed the other side for being so mean and using bad words that included cancer, so in return he said something with the word cancer in it to someone else "because they did" and had to make a point.
In both cases there just is no excuse to say certain things, i respect everyone's believes (and if the person believes in the islam, it's most likely why he has such believes against homosexuality) but there is a never a ground to be rude about it to anyone.

I already have the game, because once a try to get the key and gain this insult answer, a friend of mine that got the key, give him to me, SO, in this way I can post the print in the steam review of this game. I haven't done it yet because, I need to play first to the review be unlocked. I sleep yesterday while doing donwload the game, today (not right now) I can open the game, unlock the review and post the print on the game page, to be clear to all the position of the publisher

Well, I've read your post 2 hour after you wrote it (when there was only one answer to it). Mostly because most of the people (IMHO) will try to avoid that company and they products from that moment (of course, after reported them Facebook and Steam support for they insults, by the way you should do the same, if you're didn't already), and since you had that game already, I've made a conclusion that you just want another key for unknown purposes (trade/exchange/whatever).
I wasn't supposed to write anything about it at the beginning. This company is a bunch of freaks, that the fact that no one sane enough will not try to argue. Direct insult instead of some sort of simple lie (we've run out of keys, or something like that)? Seriously? That wasn't very smart of them. But I've changed my mind later, after some forum fighters arrival (and that doesn't automatically makes me dev's supporter). So I simply noticed the fact that you've already had that game, it's just misfortune after all and it's not a big deal. Of course, I could wrote it literally, but for some specific reasons I didn't. And few moments later I've suddenly became an ultimate evil (or at least some prepaid minion look-alike). :)
Any way, since I've made some false statements and conclusions about you, and even though I've tried to stay as much neutral as it was possible, that doesn't always affected my posts, I sincerely apologize for any form of negativity or rudeness from me to you. Good luck and have fun. :)
