I'm here to talk about my experience with Bandai Namco (in a ironic way), maybe most of You will not care, maybe my story could be boring, maybe You work for them.

Yes, It was been my worst experience ever. I've never bought from them directly to be honest, but this monday I had to take this decision since I was panicked after reading about this "removal" too late.

I did my order, I paid with PayPal and everything gone okay, except I didn't receive any key. After a while I decided to write to the support which emailed me back to not worry since They were aware of a store bug that It didn't let the system to generate keys. Yeah okay, I'll just wait more.

More than twelve hours later I still got no key, so here We go: I'm going to chat with support this time, but after a short chatting the reply wasn't that different from the first one. Just patience and time. All good bois, do your work and resolve this f$@%โ‚ฌ#g bug.

Today I woke up with the wrong foot so yeah my bois You ain't doing your work. Dear Bandai Namco your software engineers prefer to play vidya or watch weeb stuff instead of working, I'mma going to cancel my order and I'll ask for a refund. So I did and I finally received my refund on PayPal some couple of minutes later.

If this is your worst experience ever you are blessed with pretty much no negative experiences at all imho.

Honestly that was nowhere near any of my worst online customer service experiences. You are lucky.

Imagine that but instead of not getting the key, you get a testing key that wasn't supposed to be sold and they refuse to refund because you revealed the key.
Thanks HRK.

Well, things could get worse if You consider that actually I panicked not for a game being removed itself but because It was a weeb stuff.

Haha! I am going to echo other people here. If that was your worst customer service experience, you got off pretty light. I have had some apalling ones. XD.

And yes bois I understand that's not the worse experience someone could have ever made. But really, I buy from the same few official resellers for the most, since I already trust them. But if I have to be honest I never had any issues of this kind not even with grey/shadow markets when sometimes I used to use them in past.

Okay, hang on, stripping out my initial post, because I think I misunderstood the context.
Are you saying you've waited since Monday and only just asked for a refund today?

I'm still not sure why you'd be upset if you managed a quick and smooth refund, but at least I can acknowledge that you did have an actual matter to be dissatisfied with. Your weakly structured formatting and use of faulty tense made me initially think you were saying you filed a refund request after just 12 hours, had it quickly approved, and then took a few days before making a thread to complain about the matter, because it was bugging you that much. :P

so they told you to wait cause there was a bug and after some hours or maybe even one day passed, you got angry?
if you win something here, you might need to wait even more daya...
