If you got it by trading, you've just been scammed.

If you bought directly from the steam store, contact their support.

If not, the game is probably gone and there's nothing you can do.

If you buy in steam store contact support, but if you trade the game for keys or other games probably the propetary of gift returned the pay of game or something rare
