Wow.. moar free moneyz.. if i created a second account when the site was just promoted but i didn't do any of the steps will i get 6k coins + bonus or just 900?

i'm going to make a fast guide to transfer stellar to btc to paypal

to exchange stellar for btc follow the guide that the op posted (i used justcoin to exchange stellar to btc, then i sent the btc to my coinbase wallet)
to exchange btc for paypal money follow these steps, (ps: you are going to lose like 2€ of fees in this process, but at least you have paypal money)

1. Go to virwox and register your account (no need to link bank account, credit cards etc.)
2. Go to Deposit section and choose to deposit your bitcoins in your account. Note that bitcoin is the only method that has zero fees!
3. Sell your bitcoins for SLL
4. Buy EUR/USD using your SLL
5. Go to withdraw section and select your preferred withdraw method (paypall or other)

I just done it and it works, the only bad thing is that i lost 2€ cause of fees, but is worth it.
You need to wait like 1 hour to let coinbase transfer your btc to virwox.

Well damn, I got the bonus 3500 and I can get almost the same amount of BTC I did before with 6900. Value jumped a lot.
