Help this poor soul decide!
I would say go for the bioshock triple pack option.
Reason being that you can make your own skyrim special edition through mods, but you can't tweak your way into getting the bioshock series.
Also the guy that wants to trade to you the special edition might not be 100% legit, so I wouldnt take the risk considering you already have a better option.
PS: Bioshock series will also be getting a remastered edition on Sep 13 [Free for people who already have it] (so it is a good alternative for skyrim)

That guy has the pack in the steam invetory as a gift, so I don't think it's a fake... However, you are not wrong: also, the Skyrim Special Edition doesn't add anything to the gameplay except the mods and the graphic (which I may won't be able to run LOL), doesn't it?

I quite enjoyed playing Dragonborn and Dawnguard. Both add quite a bit of content to the main game. I also got the 'plain' version of Skyrim first and then bought the Legendary version after starting to play. Bit late, but maybe install the game and give it a quick go before you decide?

I'd say they are worth 12 €. Dragonborn is easily 20+ hours of gameplay. Guess you already made your choice though :)

I would go for biosbock, skyrim is great, but trading can be risky. If you buy the 12 dollars game, you wouldn't be able to trade it until a moth has passed, so you will have to send it, he will ask you to be first, and if he/she is a scammer, you would be in problems.

Skyrim Special Edition, Dark Souls, Rocket League - this games seems to be most interesting to play (from the list) and two of them you have already. So maybe the best is, for you, to wait for Skyrim SE in sale? But everyone has their own game tastes and decisions.
ps - Skyrim Special Edition is not yet out so how he has it in inventory? btw isn't it gonna be free for dlc users?

Ah i see. Hard to tell, special edition when released might cost more then legendary edition. So if you want to play this game especially now (not waiting another 3 months or more) probably you should buy it now on sale or another better promo (LE). Or if you trust the guy, he has some comments about trade etc., from him.

Skyrim any day, especially considering the remaster is coming in october, mix that with mods, and you wont leave your house

If you're not gonna play Remastered Skyrim right away don't buy it, it's a waste of money. Same applies to other games - if you don't intend to play them soon don't buy them unless it's a historical low price that won't happen again in the next 2 or 3 years ;)

The first option is €20.12. The second option is €22.10. The difference is €1.98. So spend that small amount more and get both Skyrim and Bioshock.
The Stanley Parable is over in a few hours, Speedrunners is only good with friends, Goat Simulator gets boring after a while, and Tag is a waste of money.

Out of all your suggested games, at their current prices, all I'd buy would be the Bioshock pack and Goat Simulator. Maybe the Aperture Tag mod too, don't know much about it.
Speedrunners has been free multiple times, Skyrim Remastered will be cheaper than those 12.49€ by the time you actually play it and Stanley Parable is too short to be worth that much. I'd replace Stanley Parable with Mirror's Edge and would hold off on Skyrim.

Don't get Bioshock...it's getting a remaster soon.

The remaster's going to be $60. If he gets the regular versions now, he gets a free upgrade for the remaster.

I love both skyrim and bioshock. skyrim's dlc are great. totaly worth it. on the other hand, the remaster for bioshock 1 and 2 are a great deal. both were awesome games, but nearly unplayable today. you'd get those by a bargain with this remaster thing.
but the main reason i decided to reply is: DON'T LET STANLEY PARABLE OUT OF IT. Get it as soon as you can.

Skyrim Legendary Edition (12.49€) and Bioshock Triple pack is what I think.
Stanley's Parable, Speedrunners, and Goat Simulator have all been in bundles? :o
Probably will again one day too

Humble bundles.
Speedrunners has even been in the 1$. :p

How did you get so many comments on your post, lol. I only got 1 when I asked for suggestions, but at least people answered the survey (I even got a couple votes for "other (include in comment)" without any comments there...)

Hey guys!
I know, this is another "what should I buy" post... But I really need your help!
I got 28€ on my account, but I'd like not to spend all of them; however, I am in front of a terrible dilemma.
You see, some months ago I bought Skyrim, and now that they announced the "free" Special Edition, I would like to take the Dlcs: I found a guy that would trade me the Skyrim Legendary Edition for a game that costs 12,49€ (less than the price of the dlcs in the shop).
However, i'm not convinced they are worthy that money, and also I would like to get other games, like the Bioshock Triple Pack (which would get me the Remastered Edition of the first two of them).
On the other hand, there are a lot of cheaper games that I would like to play (like Mirror's Edge, Child of Light, Ink, The Binding of Isaac Rebirth, Don't Starve), and I've also got a lot of games (like Darksiders, Dark Souls, Skyrim itself and Rocket League) that I still have to play or finish... So, it may be a waste of money buying so many things with some many hours of games unplayed in my account...
What do you think? Vote in the poll or suggest in the comments! Thanks for you time!
EDIT: In the End, I followed your advice and bought the 3 Bioshock (plus Minerva's Den, the Dlc for the second one), Speedrunners and Stanly Parable! Thanks to everyone who helped me decide! ^^
