Just be patient. Remember that most of these listings have 1k+ entries. Don't expect a win, just be pleasantly surprised when you happen to get one.

My first win was at 3k, and now with 4k i did win 7 times on total just relax and try to enter giveaways with less entries and see posts on the forum for some private giveaways from time to time.

Do you enter giveaways with less than 600 entrants? No? Then stop complaining. Go take a math class.

4k giveaways 6 wins 5 of those are 1k-25k entries and the other one is fortix...

You can choose to:
enter anything with fewer entries - quite unlikely to find anything decent
enter only cheap games to maximise the game / used point ratio - more game-entries, probably sooner win. But probably most of them will be bad-ish games.
Enter to only games you actually want - maybe lowest chance to win, but if you will win eventually, it will be great to own that game finally.
Also, buying a decent bundle for 1$ then give it away will probably max your CV to 30, more giveaways to enter.

I didn't win anything until about 1500 entries. The chance of winning a game in Public giveaways is very low since you usually have at least a few hundred other entries for the same game.
