It's too easy! (puzzle giveaway)

I bought some games to give away during the sale and I figured that in stead of just dumping them in public or group giveaways, I'd try my hand at making some puzzles.

I'll be giving them away one by one, each one with a new puzzle. The first one is the cheapest game, so it also gets the easiest puzzle.

[EDIT] If you're having trouble recognising some of them, just remember that they're all famous characters from very popular games. Don't strain yourself thinking it might be a very obscure character or something. That's the only hint I will give though.

All right, I will add one hint because a LOT of people seem to be making the same mistake: #10 is not B.J. Blazkowicz. And that's the absolute last hint you will get for this puzzle, so don't even bother asking for more.

AND PLEASE, DO NOT DISCUSS THE ANSWERS IN THIS THREAD! SAYING IT'S TOO HARD OR TOO EASY OR WHATEVER IS FINE, BUT DON'T SPOIL THE ANSWERS, DON'T GIVE HINTS, DON'T EVEN SAY WHICH ANSWERS ARE WRONG!
