As the title kinda infers, I have a question about the Community Wishlist and how it's "decided"...

My question is this: how is the Community Wishlist decided? And is it in some kind of order on the Community Wishlist page?

Isn't it simply the most wishlisted games by SG dwellers, just another statistic.
