Will you buy games during summer sale via Russian Steam or get it from your Russian friends?

I just looked at two AAA games and they are much much cheaper....their base price is around 66% down.

Metro Last Light 669 pуб.= 16 EUR(49,99 EUR in Czech Republic)

Tomb Raider 599 pуб.= 14 EUR(49,99 EUR in Czech Republic)

Yeah, but it will go at least 50% down on summer sale, so that's 7 EUR.

How would a non-Russian buy stuff from Russian store without friends in Russia, anyway? VPN is not a very good solution.

Some of them are not locked...I got Civ 5 like that.
