question + coupon giveaway

I have a question and the first guy who will answer for that will get my cupons.

• Anna- Extended Edition -50% (Valid until Sun Jul 07 2013 12:17:12 GMT+0200)
• Trine -50% (Valid until Mon Jul 08 2013 16:12:16 GMT+0200)

It might be a stupid question but forgive me im just a man as most of you are.

So i ordered http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/hu/en/pc/games/action/mortal-kombat-komplete-edition/ this game yesterday and i got the key today cuz the game come out today but i cant see it on steam. I already registed it and i can see it on my "licenses + subscriptions" but i cant see it on my libary either on store. So my question is when i will be avalible to download the game? I know there is an other time zone at steam/USA but curious.

The first one who will answer to this with a NORMAL answer not like "today" or something or can tell me how many hours is the difference between UTC/GMT +2 hours and the steam will get the coupons and i will add him or her on steam of course.
