Free Rift+Storm Legion+30 day sub

Yes i know there was a thread 2 weeks ago but it got swallowed up very fast by the forum and died out. If you're not interested in the game just move along.

So as most people probably know Rift is going f2p on June 12. Raptr is giving out free keys and, if you're interested in playing after f2p, these keys remove all of the f2p restrictions.

All you need to do is download their desktop app and play(or leave tabbed out while you do other stuff) the trial client for 14 hours. Still plenty of keys left.

P.S It's not a steam key, but that's not a problem since you will be able to play the game on steam after it goes f2p anyway.

And be a resident in an eligible country. Unfortunately, no matter how much I do the other two, that won't change.

Uhm that's weird, since even my crappy country was eligible. But you can just make a new raptr account, and set it to a country that is eligible.

i got a key from there couple days ago and this thread reminded me.

Really good game! Got a LvL50 Rogue(tank) and we killed Akylios Serverfirst on Brutmutter. Hell yeah, good old times (stopped then).

Will be really cool to check out all the new stuff. But raid time is over :D

Already working on it! Only about 4 hours remaining, so that should definitively be done either tomorrow or during the weekend :D

Quite liking the game, but I must say there are some annoyances with the UI imo. Nothing major though.

Well you can switch everything around to your liking and change the scale aswell(that's what i hated about the UI). And yeah i'm liking the game alot aswell, especialy how rifts look.

Nah I more mean the problems with it interacting.

  • When I stand near a forge for example i can move my mouse cursor to my screen on the right (i have 3, forge is in the middle not taking the whole centre screen) and it still acts like im hovering over the forge.

Could someone possibly send me a key? I'd go through the flaming hoops to get one myself, but I can't access my Trion Worlds account to do all the hoop-jumping at the moment.

There's a free trial version. You play it to get the full version with DLC + 30 days subscription (and now, advantages when the game become f2p).

Yeah forgot to mention this in the op, you can get the "lite" version from the game's website. There's enough stuff to do for 14 hours.

The Lite Version is a trial version and you can (its actually meant for that) use it aswell.

I missed it by an hours play time! Bah! I should have started playing a bit sooner or just a bit more during the last two weeks! I'm so disappointed right now :(

Soon f2p, but not as good if you didn't already have the game. Level 18 now too, free to play currently only goes to 20. Oh well, guess I'll have to wait till June and see if I really want to continue or not... With less storage space available. With all the bags I have now (8-slotters) I already don't have space :(

Yes but bags go up in size, i think i saw 28 slot ones on the auction house. And if you really like the game i'm sure they will still be selling atleast Storm Legions after f2p for the unlock.

Bags go higher than 28 slots. (iirc) They go up to 32 or 34 slots.

I just left the game running overnight. I only played a little but even when it logs you out the Raptr app still registers the time.

I'm sure they'll add more keys, since this promition is 17 days old and not 5 days old. The original batch of keys was depleted and they restocked it. I am guessing they'll do this at least one more time.
