Well 1 & 3 simply going to promote spam -- NO.
2 & 4 are just stupid suggestions. Promotes leeching.

Then: giveaways for people who would pay for it. Who offers the most gets the gift.

These have been discussed before. Probably not going to happen.

I just wish we could exclude the contributers from entering the same way as non-contributers are from giveaways and add a value to limit it. Would only be fair. ;)

This feels like the sixth time in 24 hours a comment ratio givesway has been suggested and it just grows dumber and more laughable...

Number of comments would be terrible, because it would encourage people to spam more.
I can't really think of a practical use for restricting by number of entries.
