7000 is 28 times 250.
(The number 28 could realistically only be relevant to someone who played RuneScape. That's the inventory size. So it takes 250 trips to get 7000 of some non-stackable resource. It's a very boring and not fun game. <.< )

I find 3660 is too specialist to do it automatically but I get how it's an obvious combination of the obvious conversions of 3600s=1h and 60s=1m...
Thinking about it I'm more into "oh a prime" or "oh, divisibly by 3", "oh (an easy multiple of) a power of two" etc then into conversions...
