Same exact situation, It's been over a week from the giveaway's ending, Support told me to keep attempting contact for another week, then provide evidence that I sent the gift, which is a Steam-redeemable key, not an inventory trade.
After winning, the user was on SG once and on Steam many times. They've ignored my Steam friends request and my emails.

I am going through a similar situation just screen shot their game inventory and send it to steam, if they say you didn't send the gift and yet they have it they are either lying or they've entered a game they already have both will probably see them suspended :)

well if he entered for the giveaway and now has the game it should be substantial enough for you to get off the hook.
If they're gonna hold this against you they're going to need the other guy's story first.
Just keep attempting contact is only option for now, though :|

I cringe when I send someone their key and they are a user with no profile picture, no comments, only a few entries and less than a month old account. And seriously.. I CAN SEE THAT YOU'RE ONLINE YE KNOW, WITH THAT BIG ONLINE STATUS HOVERING BESIDE YOUR NAME!!

What do I do when my steam key has been redeemed through steam, but the winner has failed to claim it through steamgifts. I'm new here and have only gifted a couple of humble bundle keys and a borderlands goty key, but I don't want my percentage claimed to go down when the winner fails to mark the gift as claimed.
What is the procedure for this? I can find lots of info for if the gifter doesn't follow through but not the other way around.
