What is your preferred method of spending Steamgifts points?

I wait until I have 300 points, then I enter 300 1p giveaways.

The rinse and repeat.

I exchange them for Fortix and Skyrim.

I've found that just browsing the entries once or twice a day can actually be quite fun :P Winning something, especially for free, can get both exciting and addictive I suppose.

I never let my points go over 300, and I tend scroll down the list based on which ones are ending soonest. I use giveaways that aren't ending for a long time as a "reserve" in case some high-priced giveaway is ending quickly and I don't nave enough to enter.

i enter in the games i like or i would love to try.

I only enter games that I love to play.
so If I win it, I'll 100% play it, not just let it sit on my library :)

I keep about 150 points, so I can enter some high value games really quick (gearing for Deus Ex Collection and HR, also going for Skyrim and Max Payne [Hey, I can dream, can't I?])

Also, my group does a lot of private giveaways, so I keep more points for those of them that I like.

I enter giveways of games i really want and/or if they dont have many entries, to increase my chances of winning!

I spend my points by entering giveaways.

I spend my point's on giveaway's that i am interested in

My method is entering good stuff under 10 points first (fortix!!!!!), then anything i wish till 15 (bastion and nuclear dawn!!!!), then the rest of my points on anything interesting under 20 points. I never spend more than 20 points on a game because i think it's a waste.

entering stuff with more then 1 copy given away and what ever i like.

I Only pick giveaway who:

• has less than 2 hours

• Group giveaways

• Contributor over 50$

I usually have more points then I really need

Pretty much the same as the OP, really.

I use them on games i like and if i have leftover points i just feed them to the dogs.
