mhh. I don´t live anywhere near Singapore but my idea would be to contact IKEA customer service in your home country, there must be an email or something to find online, to make communications go easily. They´re a global company and should be able to help somehow in your endeavour. :)
I wish you best of luck and a prosperous outcome !

Singapore do have gift cards for IKEA, but they are not purchasable online through IKEA as far as it seems. You can contact them online regarding this or you can buy a visa/mastercard gift card and send it to your friend , she can then use it to purchase whatever she likes from wherever.

Not every woman automatically is into make-up, you know, but everyone needs furniture for their house/flat.

I'd suggest sending the money to her through PayPal or some other service. It is much easier for you, AND she gets to chose where to spend the money, as well as what to spend it on.

I have a friend working in Singapore now. I am now in Korea.
Her birthday is coming 20th April... so.. I'd like to send an online gift card (IKEA or anything she might feel useful) as a birthday gift.
But, not certain if it can be purchased... I've checked IKEA SG website though. There's no buying page for online gift card..
If anyone lives in Singapore.. any advice would be helpful... <3
