So why isn't Dino D-Day giftable? I get that PcGamer was giving away free Steam keys back in July, but that's no longer the case.

games that were given away free are usually removed for at least a year with no guarantee of reinstatement

blame it on the amount of CV exploiters that mass make accounts and hoard keys for CV farming :)
