Help! somebody offered steam wallet money paid by qiwi for cs:go knife. I dunno what to do.

I need help and I didn't know where to ask
Somebody offered me trading my knife for steam wallet money paid by qiwi, I dunno if it's safe, if he can do a chargeback, or if it could block my account.
Could anybody help me? Please

Qiwi is that Russian Steam-Wallet Kiosk, right? If that is, then from what people say around internet, it's rather easy to chargeback.

Unless he has some "level 50 steam with 1000 games" (and you'd need to him to invite you through steam, not just give you link), I wouldn't do it.

He invited me through steam, but he have low steam level and only a few games. Thanks for advice! I didn't do it
