You might get suspended though if not all of your won games are in your library.
But you wouldn't be selling this account i assume, with games you won.
But you wouldn't care anyway because you state steam rules are just blah blah.

So... tell your friend that I don't care if he wants to sell his/her account. But it's not nice to sell somethign that you've received as a gift.
And MAYBE your friend hasn't read the rules yet, but it would be kinda cool to let him know, that he/she has to activate all gifts that he/she receives from people on this site. Could lead to a suspension, if ignored. Please let him/her know that!

In the OP your question is if you can sell your Steam account. Then later, after people start commenting, you changed your story to "it's for a friend". It's pretty obvious what you're doing.

That account in particular is worthless. As for where to sell it, i remember seeing a lot of shady trades on gameminer, i hope i provided good info for your "friend"
