Actually Steam seems to be under attack or something. Store page can't be loaded, activity doesn't seem work either. Lord Gaben, tell us where to strike so your glorious sale may continue and your enemies lay in your feet all chopper up!

For me it's very.. unstable. it's working sometimes but most of the times it's not.

steam not working since hours, was with family yesterday and today until early afternoon, now back at home and i want to buy games while kids playing on PS, but i cant buy anything, steam store not working, cant even get the daily 3 cards:-)
steam will die if their server acting like this and they dont care about it, and they dont as this happens every time.

I had the same problem but I was trying to gift it through Steam. I just logged out and in again. It might work gifting through email.
