That is correct - however its size of 351 MB does not seem like a PC game rather a mobile game.
- It is not present on Steam (2018 version). It seems to be odd years for PC/Steam
Edit: And the official page is pushing 2018 for Mobile (ios/android) with a 4.99 EUR price.
