Hello,
I`m new here, so i was wondering if someone can explain me some about this giveaways, how do they work, and i saw somewhere something about public and private giveaways, i couldnt find this information no where so im asking here

Apparently you did not look very far.

Public Giveaways are open to anyone, Private Giveaways are invisible. You would need to the link to participate.
