Can someone link me to a mod for Fallout 3?

It replaces the Radroach model, at least, so that's a start. Search bettar.

I typed "radroach" and that was the bottom of the list. Look for model replacers and creature mods as well as searching for specific keywords. Think about it.

I don't think there is one...
It would be a game breaker to just remove them as the very beginning of the game requires you to kill a radroach with a bb gun.
You might be able to replace the model file with another model but not remove them. Alot of the fallout 3 world is insects/insect like: rad-roaches, ants, flies and scorpions etc.
Alot of quests are also based around them.
