They are intended for the subscribers of a polish video game magazine. However, anyone can go to their homepage, get a key, change IP and repeat. Thus, it's exploited.
But also, NOBODY WANTS A DARK MESSIAH MULTIPLAYER KEY. The multiplayer has been dead since forever and you cant even wipe your ass with that key. The giveaways for these keys were mainly used to generate points and STURGEON THE CRAP OUT OF EVERYONE.

By purchasing (<1$) and completing a puzzle game for the iphone/ipad/etc you would get a free eets key. But there was a glitch or whatever that would give you an infinite amount of keys.

you could link up to 5 iDevices to your acc and get 5 legit keys, afaik, but then someone cracked the algorithm and made a keygen; is what i heard

I would suggest that when you buy the game, send a screenshot to inbox@steamgifts.com showing it in your manage gifts page. Or link the screenshot in the comments area when you create the giveaway. That way it's easily seen that it's legit and not exploited.
