Contributed Bioshoch Infinite, but still cant enter Contributor gw's

As you can see from the link, my donation value is 77,99. http://www.steamgifts.com/user/crykiller

But I still cant enter 30+ $ giveaways (like 50$)

Why is that?

I know it has nothing to do with value but i synchronized my account too but nothing changed.

It takes some time after the winners mark the giveaways as Received for your value to update (usually up to an hour or so).

His CV has already updated though - he's saying that despite it showing 77.99 CV in his profile, he cannot enter CV giveaways with a CV below that.

My only thought would be to log out and back in?

It still takes some minutes or up to an hour to update in giveaways. On profiles, it updates instantly when the winner marks as received, just it doesn't reflect on your ability to enter giveaways with that CV.
