I have an american friend who once gifted me a visa gift card on my birthday. I used it to buy some games on steam and I used my friends US address when I made purchases with it. Now steam think I'm a usa citizen just because I made 3 purchases with an american gift credit card! Even though I made countless of purchases using 2 credit cards issued in my own country...
To make things even worse, this third party company is taking forever to just send me an email about what I need to send them to verify my real nationality and where I live... I cannot sell anything in the community market :(
