W-what? Am I really in your whitelist? I'm not in either Casual Gifters or Right Door...
B-but why? What did I do right?
Why are people so kind?
Why am I asking so many questions?
Actually thank you, it's really kind to find out at random someone whitelisted you. :3 Not entering since I've got this game!
Also, really good choice, RoR is one of the best roguelites around, imo. Really fun and low on frustration, even after countless deaths. ;)

According to the tag, I won one of your giveaways and you delivered the gift, and I usually add people to my whitelist after that. It is my way of thanking people who gave me a game :) So you're welcome :)
Yeah, the frustration is the problem with roguelikes that I believe is on the developer to prevent. So far starting over doesn't feel bad on this one, so it's pretty OK.

Bump just to say that risk of rain is a great roguelike, I loved it, even 100%ed it in achievements. xD
Roguelike fans who haven't played it don't know what they are missing. xD
Lots of unlockables, and stuff to do to replay the game many times over.

Based on a recommendation from someone I trust with that sort of thing, the couple of games I was gonna buy throughout the sale included Risk of Rain, but I was so flat out of Steam funds that it wasn't even funny (as though being out of money would be funny under any circumstance) so I had to go out and get more steam-money. When I got home, steam somehow forgot all the stuff I had in my cart already. (maybe they drop it every hour or so to avoid accidental purchases? Are they legally required to wipe that list after a certain amount of time?)
Anyway, just when I was adding it to my cart again, I noticed the four-pack being still within range of what I was willing to spend, so I added it instead. Now I considered making one giveaway for 3 copies to be kinder on people's precious points, but I ended up splitting them for a practical reason: Three giveaways, three different means of accessing them. On a recent giveaway, someone stated that my rules were a bit complicated, so let's decomplicate (is that a word? No? IT IS NOW) things a bit by listing them all in one place.
Five simple rules for all three giveaways:
And some special rules for individual giveaways:
Giveaway A
Giveaway B
Giveaway C
These giveaways end 1 minute into next year for my timezone. This means there may be 'some' delay in delivery since I need to get to a PC with a steam client and a working internet connection to send them. They are steam gifts, so please be patient. I will add the winners on steam so if you win any of these; please don't deny my friend request. Trust me, it's just temporary to do my "due diligence" checking the winner and sending the actual gifts. If you want to expedite this process you can of course add me first.
