Anyone ever ordered physical products from GMG?

Since when do they sell physical products?

I'm guessing no one has then? :(

I have, don't bother, it's stressful, there's no dispatch notice, and ahh I get angry thinking about their stupidity...

Edit: Lemme elaborate. I preordered Black Ops 2 from them, physical for the ps3, like really early on, then I moved like 2 months before its release and I changed my address etc, but those fucknuggets over there decided they needed to send it to the old address anyway, and I had to go through so much fucking bullshit to get a refund. They kept on giving me shitty excuses like "with your first physical purchase we use your billing address" even though it was my second physical purchase. Just a lot of bullshit, ridiculously unprofessional, when it comes to physical you're better off sticking to Amazon etc, GMG are fine for keys though but that's it.

I've bought a few games from there they always arrived the next day in great quality.
