You could have made 10000 ga's until that guy wins one and then do the same thing he did to you! Now he's onto you, you blew it up.

If the giveaway maker requests a reroll solely because you have been added to his blacklist after you entered the giveaway, we will not accept it.

some people blacklist the winners after they win one of their giveaways to give the chance to new people, maybe that's the case for this person.

That's pretty messed up but it appears that support has your back.
