[Suggestion] Comment text-box above the comments?

Having to scroll to the bottom for every giveaway is pretty annoying, and the main reason I rarely say anything on giveaways.

Probably been suggested before, I just don't see how it isn't obviously the better placement.

But, I do use the extension, and it's not....

Is it just different for Chrome, or can I change something to make it put the text box on top?

I guess that would work, but it will be completely changing how I use the site.

I still think the comment box should be above the comments, regardless of the existence of a workaround.
