'Link' is usually, in my experience, a HumbleBundle or IndieGala gift link. Cost difference... Who knows? Maybe something to do with the source (bundle site vs. Steam? IDK).

I usually get the keys in 12 hrs, when I redeem a game I usually do it around late-ish evening and get it by morning. Though on weekends/Mondays it's usually slower because they do it manually.

*Steam Game Link = HumbleBundle "GIFT" link, A long time before that was the only way to gift a game (times where you have to link your steam profile to redeem the keys) . Anyways those are old purchases from older bundles. Also applies to IndieGala gift links, they used the same method. You get the key for the game but they send it to your email (because it is a gift)

*Steam Game = Normal key for steam
